    5 Star Jem. Must try this place if your in the area. Book ahead if possible. My favourite place in Kyneton. Excellent

    This was one of the most unexpectedly perfect culinary experiences I've had in years.
    The food, wine, service, and atmosphere far exceeded our expectations. After recently finishing The Omnivore's Dilemma recently, I very much appreciated being able to come to a high-end restaurant and sample food that had been sourced locally. My only regret is that I didn't do enough research before we turned up for dinner, so my clothing probably wasn't up-to par. But that didn't affect the service I received, which I appreciated too.
    Very much looking forward to returning and trying the degustation menu in the future.
