- liana Roelofs Added June 01, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm upset to hear how my nanna is barely being cared for in this place. Buzzing her button for 2 hours to get someone to help her to the toilet!! She is 92 and cannot walk at the moment due to a broken foot. It just makes me feel sick thinking of her being ignored when she is there purely for the 24/7 care. Why do people go into this profession if their not compassionate and caring?
Under staffed and ridiculous rules after this covid 19 pandemic. 45 minute visits are only allowed and are timed exactly to the minute and then escorted out. When we went to book another visit for the next day and the day after, we were told there are no more visits for the week! Can someone explain why only 45 minutes ? How is 1 hour any different?
